FIXED MEANS FIXED

Audits are a single number, not a range. What the table says is what the invoice says.

"FROM" IS A FLOOR, NOT A MINIMUM

A "from" figure is the floor for the scope described next to it — not a minimum engagement, and not a starting bid that drifts upward once you are committed.

SCOPE IS AGREED IN WRITING

Scope is agreed in writing before work starts. Work outside that scope needs a written change order first — no silent additions, no surprise line items.

AUDIT FEES CREDIT AGAINST A BUILD

Audit fees are credited in full against any build started within 60 days.

USD AND EUR ARE SET INDEPENDENTLY

USD and EUR price lists are set independently — no live currency conversion. The currency your quote is issued in is the currency you are billed in.

What does a project cost?

Published. Website audits are fixed price — $590 Core, $1,700 Deep, both credited in full against a build started within 60 days. Everything else has a published floor: landing pages from $1,980, website systems from $6,200, Shopify storefronts from $6,750, AI content systems from $2,880, automation from $1,080, AI search optimization from $1,600. Why does Black Oar Studio publish its prices?

Because withholding them wastes everyone’s time. If the numbers do not fit, you know in thirty seconds instead of after two calls and a proposal. If they do fit, the first conversation starts at scope instead of at price discovery. Published prices also mean the studio competes on execution rather than on negotiation.

Do you take work below the published prices?

The listed figures are floors for the scopes described, not a minimum engagement. Partial scopes, single components, and smaller builds are quoted individually — send the brief and you get a number back, usually within two business days.
